Bane used to have a recycling system. I never saw it in action, just early literature. May have been before Bill Yeadon's tenure there.

They promoted it in areas that had scarcity of water like the American southwest.
Sorry, I am late to the party on this. Lee I was there and saw it but that system was the only one ever made. Had a third hose on the system. During the early 90s when CFR was in their prime Shaw actually put it in their maintenance literature: no recycling machines. Great upholstery tool though.

I like how it works with the shearing but I don't like the vac relief on the top and all the exposed plumbing beneath. Alibi it is the old tool.

Yes, Mr. Desk Jockey you are correct in stating the tool is old. I should have been more explicit in mentioning that it was the first with the shearing effect (not sure if the Ron Toney Steamway tool came before). Maybe Doyle Bloss can chime in. But at the time it was revolutionary. With the Drimaster and Sapphire Upholstery tool and a few knockoffs, the CFR is as old as a Johnny Cash 8track.

Actually, I still think my favorite Cash song came from Nine Inch Nails (punk band). You can hear his 75 years of worldly experience better in this than any other song.
