We manufacture it here. Check the wikipedia definition. Flakes, sawdust, whatsmthe difference. Its made from wood waste. Dont get it wet.

I’m sure the net is very close to that $15k. There’s probably no mortgage on that property, the type of people that move into those trailers aren’t the high maintenance that’ll call you every time a light bulb goes out. And the taxes and insurance are dirt cheap compared to a house with a foundation.

As far as collecting rent. That’s another story. But I’m sure they’re quick to kick non payers out
