1Jobs like these are fun to laugh about, but the family who owns this is probably laughing at me. They own a minimum of 30 of these trashy trailers in this one neighborhood. They must be bringing in a minimum of $15k/MONTH.
I’m sure the net is very close to that $15k. There’s probably no mortgage on that property, the type of people that move into those trailers aren’t the high maintenance that’ll call you every time a light bulb goes out. And the taxes and insurance are dirt cheap compared to a house with a foundation.1
$15k gross to net what, $5k, $8k? Nothing to sneeze at, but imagine the headache that dealing with 30 trailer home renters must bring.
