I don't know how I got suckered into this job, but it was absolutely nasty. I used my 3" edge tool to to scrape all the shit off the carpet and suck it up. Between the dry heaving and employee complaining we managed to clean it up and make some good $. 1.9 hours. $492. I filled up my devastator filter 3x on this job. 800 sq ft. and some stairs

that's just gross, especially if one of your kids didn't do it. i would wear a surgical mask and plug my nose for that job but i am extra sensitive to throw up, even cat throw up makes me heave sometimes.

take the money and treat you and your help to something good to make up for the torture you guys went through. lol

I honestly left the price open ended. figured it out when I was done. Hard to calculate how long it will take to scrape piles if poo off carpet. But, I said I would do it.

What a load of crap !! Did any spring back and land on your lip while you were scraping. Anytime I run into a specialty issue I always charge based on the time it takes. $2-3 a minute. More if I'm working with a sick stomach or on the verge of a mental break down.

Nice job. I always clean my way into a job like that so my hoses stay clean. The rotovac was perfect for those. It would have cleaned the stairs also. We clean shit like we clean blood, with cold water. I did one where the lady had fallen and no one found her for three days. There where hand shit prints on the wall from her trying to get up. She was a long time customer. She has since pasted. Tough old Cajun.
