I don’t know why my house smells like urine

I do what I can but how can you help people that can’t even help themselves. I could work all day on their carpet, but if they refuse to wipe the piss off their walls and baseboards, I can’t help them.

Well, the carpet smelled good when I was done. Can’t speak for the walls.

Intellectually disabled adult has started peeing around his bedroom. I've told his parents the carpet needs to be pulled, mental health want it cleaned.. I've walked from far less but feel sorry for his parents

I've got endless compassion for parents who raise special needs children, especially through adulthood. One of my customers is nearly 70 and has a son with Down's Syndrome in his late 40's and no longer has his wife to help him.

Unbelievably hard beyond what I can imagine.

Still, this issue is a problem for the family and social services, not for you.

Business is business.

If it were me, I would have sprayed that baseboard down with PSor as I was spraying the carpet. I would be coming back and edging before extraction too.

Got a call today from a property manager we do a lot of work for. It's for her residence 3 dogs and a couple cats. All rescues but one dog. Company coming this weekend.
I'll make it tolerable.

Had to remove 2-1/4” off of all the sheetrock. In some instances we pulled full sheets. Cats had also urinated in the window sills and up on the walls wherever the lady had junk piled up. Even in and on top of the cabinets.
Thank God for respirators

got masterblend 'At Last' and 'Urine Lock' on the way, I've used neither as not normally my thang. Any pee pee gurus used these with success?
Any tips specific to these?

I'm comfortable talking to myself

Had to wipe vicks up my nose so wasnt gagging in front of my customer, followed Masterblend instructions with an extra 20 min percolation, clawed and rinsed.. smells amazingly like vicks
