you just proved why a vortex is the most ridiculous decision any true business man can make, It can only be at one place at one time, it costs so much, if the truck breaks, you are out of business!!! this is why a vortex is a good decision for me it saves me time and time is money. frankly it's the real estate in the back that is of value to me. there's about 15-18 rugs in there my recollection is there's a 3 or 4 9x12 2 -8x10 and some smaller rugs that's not gonna happen with a standard van.

thats pretty cool, do you got any more pics of that, do you use anytype of wringer to get the water out of the rug, what is your drying process, or better yet explain your rug process.

i don't have many pic on my home computer but here's another one. we don't use a wringer but i do have one in storage actually a complete moore washer. we specialize in hand washing dirty rugs in clean wet rugs out air dry room temperature w/ dehumidifiers & fans. that's my main business not carpet cleaning

Can you share the construction details on that wash pit?

I am in the process of remodeling a warehouse now and want to have a permanent wash pit---yours looks a helluva lot better than the 4x4's and heavy gauge plastic plans I have now!!!

Mine will be smaller though--the total space I am working with is 32x18.

Is the drain built in the floor of that pit? Or pump out? What are the materials used there?
