I have a question for the Aerotech, Everest, 870, Propane, and any other crazy heat users

What Solution hose do you prefer to use? My OCD hose kept popping holes. I'm assuming the heat. And my hydroforce hose hasn't lasted 6 months. Black water today. I got it re crimped, but my crimping guy said he thinks the hose is bad because the crimps looked good. We'll see tomorrow. Heat is killing them. I'm addicted to the heat. What do you big guys use?

I have Everest 870 and a 650. I actually use Raptor hoses. About 90 bucks for 100ft. Some guys don't like them. I never had a problem. I do replace them every 1000 hours.

I do probably get 12 months running 230+ with a high heat butler. Neptune is better and cheaper than anything I've bought from one of our industry specific suppliers, imo.

You don't need super high heat for prespray. It dosent suck as well anyway. HF hoses should last years. Currently trying the HF hose and like it better than Neptune.

I think where the hose meets the crimp you have open wire brade which corrodes quicker than the rubber breaks down. I usually recrimp once or twice. Then I just don't trust it. Plus by then its leaving blue on the driveway.

Continental / Goodyear from Wintrax. Replace every 12 months like clockwork. Have not re-crimped a hose in 12 years or more. LG#4. I only replace the first 100’. The rest of my hose is in 100 and 50’ sections. It last many years.
