I have a gallon we have some hallways and commons areas in a commercial building to clean tonight and they are going to trot it out and see what see will do.

I like Steve. I use Steve's products. Hot Knife is a wonderful product.

However, Steve is all up in the new product for every week culture that drives me crazy.

Standardize and formalize and get to the point where we know what to expect.

new carpet fibers like SmartStrand,

and other polyester carpets from Bob Shaw's huge new mill,

require more oil-removing formulations

than what we cleaned with few years ago.

Carpet characteristics change every year.
