I am not sure what the couple who brought this rug in were thinking... As Bryan suggested, about the only thing that can be done is to take about 3 feet out of the center of the rug and make a runner. Even then, the rug isn't worth the effort. It is sitting outside right now waiting on them to get back with us regarding what to do with it.
