I'd say it came out 95% s good as a hot water extraction which I've done there at least six times..

The home belongs to Las Vegas Will Sering super low moisture dude's parents.
They were very open-minded to the whole deal and very happy with the results..

Unfortunately I didn't really save any time just gasoline and chemistry...


I'll be curious to hear how it held up

It adds up. But yeah, no time saved but overhead is ridiculously low. Lot like a window cleaner overhead.
