Sales are very much so up for 2011.

But only because of better internet presents, my referrals program and other sources to bring in new clients.

I'm retaining past clients..

But the length of time time between visits has increased.

Is it the economy, or my clients families aging.

Yup. Commercial has been where most of our growth has been this year, resi has been soft all year.

Residential fairly flat, commercial rebounding from a slow decline over 6 years then rebounding the last 2 years to a record year. Rug care will be flat or up a little bit.

IMO the internet is just another marketing tool.

The first quarter ruined our whole year, second quarter and third were not too bad and so far this last quarter has been better than expected but we will end up significantly down due to the first quarter.

Can I get a mulligan on the first?
