And it worked great. I used it at 700 psi on some CGD squares. I don't know if it's a tool I would carry often, but it saved me some time today on this open church basement. My buddy had it and told me to test it out. I think he wants $400.

You need to flip your hose and pull away from it..

Damon had one cuz he was too cheap at the time to buy a Zipper jr.. Before the 'stache!

Then he used a Zipper jr and the rest is history..

That hose got all messed up when I asked my wife to film me doing a couple passes. But there's definitely a learning curve to it. We were working our way out instead of in, so maybe I'll working my way in next time.

I like my CX-15. It's fast and light. But honestly, Now I just encap the large commercial jobs. Better for the bottom line and the customers are happy.

Yes, I still carry it on my van.

I am down to only working about 3 days a week and only take the customers I want to do. I spend the rest of my time talking with Boyle and Marty.

One weakness of the CX 15 is that if you have it locked down on a cut pile carpet the first time that you trigger it, it tends to put circles in the carpet at the first placement that may be troublesome to remove.

To avoid that, you need to depress the trigger with the tool tilted slightly upward and then slowly put it down onto the carpet while already pulling it away.

That level of difficulty, and the resulting bathing of baseboards, relegated that tool to the dumpster of cleaning tool history in my book.

On level loop it doesn't have that challenge.
