I don't think you will. You'll probably have to go through your distributor and ask for it. MP-AC52RTA-EA $59 complete from Jon Don when I ordered it.

should be able find then at HD in the brass fitting section of plumbing

stack two or three for whatever length you want

You'll also need a wider angle jet.
How wide will be contingent on how much you extend

If not aware, Nick, the first numbers on the jet are the degree angle (80, 95, 110 degree, etc)
