I have been going through the interlink " premium" brush every 6 months... The bristles wear out and fall off .

Make sure to drill a hole through the pivot and run a 3/4 inch screw almost all the way through of they can fall apart with heavy use.

Heavy use? Mine needed a bolt through it on the first day.
Now I just use much better brushes from the dude over on TMF.

I believe the Sharks are much better. The home depot bristles mat down and flatten out as bad as a poor quality cut pile olefin carpet and won't even reach into a fine grout line for me. Maybe you have wider grout lines in Cali.

The Demon has impregnated bristles down the middle, with an abrasive in them. I wouldn't use them on polished stone.

We have the Sharks and Demons in stock. We have been getting mixed results. They are awesome for wide, sanded joints, but too big and stiff for smaller, non sanded joints. They are good to have, but sometimes we prefer the smaller blue brush.

No one product for everything.

The Shark is what we recommend normally @ $10.99

They have improved the snap-swivel, which did break on some of the early ones.

The Demon has the flexible grit-brush in the center.

We asked for a stiffer nylon grit bristle to improve the cleaning ability.

It is the Shark brush. It appears to be the same size bristle but I am not sure if it is made from a softer compound or whether the extra length of the bristle gives an illusion that it is softer with the extra flex. Good question for the Maker of the brush.
