By some of the pictures that are posted with the title "Rat Nasty" I am wondering what the definition of this stuff would be?

Fred you're half correct on that one. Outside that door is a cobblestone patio that had a charcoal grill dumped over when a cleaner emptied the hottub on the patio instead of using a drain hose. The rush of water sent all the charcoal water into the sun-room area.

Well don't plan on marketing those before and after pics.

Your customers will be grossed out and not want to call you knowing you clean that kind of crap.

Good before and afters, but I agree with Dan, no one will want that wand in the house,

I'm not a "PC" kind of person and can tell you customers eat this stuff up.

That first picture is way beyond rat nasty. I'd say it falls in the bio-hazard category.
