If thats "RAT NASTY" whats this?

By some of the pictures that are posted with the title "Rat Nasty" I am wondering what the definition of this stuff would be?
(This is a foreclosed home only cleaned to show)

(Think somebody might have died here)

(100% covered in dog urine, cleaned so guys would remove)

(This was for a slum-lord)

(Overnight rental after family stayed for two weeks)

Fred you're half correct on that one. Outside that door is a cobblestone patio that had a charcoal grill dumped over when a cleaner emptied the hottub on the patio instead of using a drain hose. The rush of water sent all the charcoal water into the sun-room area.

Well don't plan on marketing those before and after pics.

Your customers will be grossed out and not want to call you knowing you clean that kind of crap.

I'm not a "PC" kind of person and can tell you customers eat this stuff up.
