i highly recommend getting logmycalls.com set up to monitor your calls. Guys first off i get nothing here so no kick backs going on. If you have and answering service like Full Circle or Answerphone you need this. Listen in on how your calls are being handled and find the hiccups. Also have tracking numbers for about $3 a month so you can set up several for your ads and see where the calls are really coming from. Good luck.
