Usually don't have time to do an unscheduled repair. Does anybody keep a power stretcher in the van? Seems I'm missing out.

How about a Repair Room?
Most of the room in my van is taken up with repair tools. I usually don't do last minute repairs. I ask the customer to have the room empty for a stretch. If the room is already empty and there is wrinkles, I offer a last minute stretch. I don't want to move furniture.
Are you missing something? possibly, I did $6K in stretching and repairs last month, and I didn't pay a stupid amount for advertising, just simple google searches.

How do I feel about repairs? Hmm, Well they are fun, I get to play with sharp objects and my KoolGlide. Word is out that I do repairs. I get other cleaners referring me. So here's the down side. I get every Knob-job with a cat or puppy chewing up that one corner. Sorry, I'm not going out to fix your 3" chewed up corner unless you pay my minimum. I'd be happy to clean the sofa while I'm there because I want you to get value for my time there.

Now this is a lazy personal thing for me. Another reason why I turn down the single repairs is because I hate dragging out my toolbox from under my hose reel. Especially when my CRB is in the way and there is no excuse to pull out the CRB other than to get to my tool box. Like I said, my silly little lazy reason. This is why I spent $500 on my Cox Electric live reel for my APO hose. I hated coiling up that hose. Now it's fun.

Everytime I see the guy in the OP Guru-ing about his repair classes, I find myself thinking, "God, I hope no one calls me for stupid repairs today."

I do them, I'm very good at it, I could probably teach a class and go global, but it's just not my gig. It's not exciting like urine soaked carpet.

I have a deal for anyone who needs a stretcher. We have a surplus of Behr Claw power stretchers. We need to make room in the warehouse. So, we need to move them out.

The Behr Claw is normally $299 - https://interlinksupply.com/index.php?item_num=AK002

You buy a power head - https://interlinksupply.com/index.php?item_num=AK003 and let us know you also want the Behr Claw and you get it FREE. You will need to pay the shipping (or if you are close enough to Salt Lake City, come by and pick it up.)

If anyone asks why you should get a $299 tool free, tell them I said so. They can't fire me now. I retired.
I wouldn't suggest anyone waste their money.....the Behr Claw is a horrible tool

so unless you need the jr. powerhead..........
