well isn't this just special, two IICRC carpet cleaners are no shows on two different jobs in 1 1/2weeks. I scooped up the first by showing up the next day for some area rugs and got the carpet and upholstery for later this week (big money for my neighborhood). The 2nd I'm giving a quote by end of week. Don't have to personally throw the IICRC coolaid drinkers under the bus, they drink and drive themselves under all by demselves.........

I don't get it either. The IICRC doesn't have any more control over cleaners' puncuality than Prochem or Chevrolet.
