Depends on how long it took him to do a "few errands".

As long as I could. I hate that job, but it's a monthly account that pays really well and within 15 days.He knows what he's doing, did all the cleaning and the manager likes his work. Win,win, win.
Past time to find the next one. It's much easier to train someone from scratch your procedures than to break bad habits learned from other training. I can dig up the work, it's feeling confident your employee is capable that still gives me the heebie jeebies.

He's a good worker, but I highly doubt he wants anything more than a job. He spent the last 19 years looking after his son who has a neurological problem and can have up to 50 seizures a day. The son moved into a group home situation and now it's work time. He's grateful for the time and understanding I've put in to train him and has all the potential to be a good, loyal employee. (until I get pissed off and fire his ass :icon_twisted:)
