it's "tenths" of a gal @ 40psi
IE; a 04 jet flows 4 tenths of a gal @ 40psi

Whether that equates to 4 GPM @ 4000psi, I donno

GPM = gallon per minute

chem pumps and flow meters are measured in GPH = gallon per hour

CWI = carpet wand interface (where the wand meets the rug)
