So who is an icon for you in the cleaning biz?

Here's Nick and I enjoying some time with a local celebrity and industry icon.

No this isn't Colonel Sanders.

It was an honor to pick Lee's brain for an hour today. He is a genius and has played a key part in the history of the cleaning industry we know today. Thank you Lee for your precious and humble insight!

Lee is the best.

He is amazing he embraced technology and training like no other. His voice has such authority, when he makes a statement it has weight to it.
I feel fortunate to have attended a couple of his classes over the years and been able to benefit from them as well as from his marketing savvy.

He turns 83 on Monday.

He works every day and in his garden on the weekend.

I can never complain about being tired or sick around him; he tells me to stop being an old man....

He has a young mind of a person 1/2 his age. Still dreaming planning and working on tomorrow. He has to be the most positive, happy and witty 83 year old I've ever met. Would love to be like him at 83 +.

Lifestyle.

He loves his work and his garden. He cooks his own meals, and does eat healthy, but it's mostly how much he enjoys life and it's challenges.

He also thinks he has yet to have done his best work.

I think years ago prochem was doing classes on carpet cleaning not a certification class. Just a sell 4 guard and how to use their product we were a distributor and sent anbbchnif guys to the class.

The gist was 2 step cleaning with ultra pac and rinse with all fiber rinse to leave the carpet with minimal residue. Pretty sure Lee taught that class.

Other than a few IICRC events, that was the last of his travels for the purpose of training.

Darcie had the honor of meeting Lee for the first time on friday, he gave her advice on a few things, and ultimately gave her advice on how to deal with me.
