 Maybe 3 sizes or they could provide a bottle and fill it themselves once they understand the bottle size restrictions.

I used to bottle and label my own spotters. I used a product called Esteam Super Spotter. It had some kind of acetone derivative in it. Worked great. I have one elderly customer who has been hoarding some that I gave her 15 years ago. Best product ever, hands down my customers tell me. Probably highly toxic and unsafe by todays standards. It would cost me about $.35 a bottle back then. One of the absolute best things you can leave with a customer. I don't know if I want to bottle my own again. I am thinking about going with Procyons private label spotter program. Covers me better for any liability issues.

Hard cost.
I started making these about 20 yrs ago. At that time it was less than .50 for bottle, cap, label and chemical. I haven't cost them out since. The bottles and caps are bought surplus. Quanity 10k. at a time. I could out-source to a company that fills, caps and labels but it's good side work for my kids or an employee on a slow day.

Know what you mean. Gonna call them about it. Could've happened during shipping. 4 degrees to 53 degrees back to 22 degrees today when they arrived. No busted bottles or leakers though.

16 oz/12 per case and private label w/ our logo. We buy 8 cases at a time to get free shipping. On a big job or estimates we give it away.

Our target is residential customers and we sell them at 12.99/bottle. Our techs get 15% commission on each one and they sell them easily. Customer do call us just to get this product because it works so well.

We also have a local hotel chain that buys a couple cases at a time for their cleaning staff to carry on their carts to handle emergencies.

Plus they call us more often with our name, logo and phone on each one

Total with sales tax is 4.26/bottle. I ordered through Interlink Supply. You can also Google Home Pro Spotter. Very easy to process and upload logo.

That's about right. I am planning to retail them at $15 to the customer and maybe give away on larger jobs.
For less than 4 dollars each? Give them away to every customer so they remember who cleaned their carpets last time... and have your phone number handy to give to a friend. I bet Joe Kowalski would tell you the ROI will be great! Return on investment...

I have a couple of hardcore free-bee customers that call me all the time for refills. I do it for them. It's great for business except for the part where I drive all the way across town to deliver a spotter bottle.

Don't worry they get plenty (and what he says works....) Joe's cards every three months, newletters, facebook, email campaigns.

If they forget me they either passed on, in a coma, or in the latest stage of alzheimers. (Btw, No offense to anyone dealing with this personally right now)
