eta 9-10 clean all carpet and tile in the house around 1600 sq ft house. When I talked to her I was quoting her our SC rates cause of her 408# she was also asking about cleaning her lr uph and shower tile but it sounded a little steep to her at our sc rates. She booked to do the tile at $2 sq ft thinking around $1200-$1400 and our SC .60-.70 for syn so $400-$500. So she will be pleasantly surprised when you can charge her less. so i had quoted the walk in shower starting at $500 and the uph at $25-$35 linear, so maybe offer to do those at a lower rate and keep the carpet and tile the same.

Geez! And people have the gull to complain about my prices increases! Which are not high enough.

Guy who works for Salesforce! Lives in a high income zip code and has a nanny! Was upset about my $750 invoice i presented him. It was for 2 8x10 rugs. 24 stairs and 6 areas, and 6 areas is being generous cuz his living room was big.
