Left Clearwater noon today and back home now. In the middle of the last night the AC unit in my room malfunctioned and flooded out a third of the room. Took a long shower and a clogged drain flooded out the bathroom. So, as any good homeowner would do I threw a bunch of towels on it and told the maintenance guy in the hall about it. Sure had a good time. The legal presentation was worth the price of the trip. I told Mike he did a great job but I want to say it publicly. Meeting the people I read about on the boards was an eye opener. The best of the best. Thanks to all who made me feel welcome.
