Is fire Water any good?

What is it and what can I use it on? My tech bought some cause the distributor said it was a good high ph pre-spray. they sure havn't told me that before.

I was given a gal. by a disty once to try. Make sure you have plenty of defoamer on hand when you use it. Use it when you walk in to your next "holly sh*t rat nasty" rental / apartment job.

it works great on carpet soiled with red clay dirt...can get very foamy...

Worthless, Used it on many different types of soil, from trashed to not-so-bad, and greasy... did NOTHING. Like I sprayed water.
