I think it was him who sent me the "Free Advertising" report about different ways to get free advertising, and about selling furniture movers through the paper and using that as a way to get the foot in the door to do some estimates... Anyway, he also mentions his turbo steam cleaning report and I have lost my copy and would like to see what equipment you need and what the marketing angle is.

I had lunch with him a month ago. He was doing great then. Sleeps in, takes his wife shopping, visits the grand kids, plays on his computer etc.

I have a handful of his old clients. I can tell you this - they loved him, and thought he was the greatest cleaner ever. I'm not sure you can actually better than that in this business.

I called him on the phone, he seemed a bit surprised and offput about some young Buck calling him out of the blue but he also was extremely polite and just asked me to email him.
