it seems like all my water damage jobs come all at once, it will be just dead then all of a sudden I will just be swamped for an extended period of time. typically its nothing to do with the weather, sometimes I wonder if its the moon phase

I find it ironic that at the worst weather, we can be busy with WDR adn over half of it will be totally unrelated to the weather :roll: washing machines, dishwashers, pipe leaks, equipment failure etc.

I have found that odd too. After 16 years in this business, some of our busiest times are right before really bad weather. We will then typically have about half of our jobs unrelated to the weather. I don't know why it happens that way but I am glad I am not the only one to notice that.
