Is it to early??? Or to Late???

just got home 1/2 hr ago.....strip job at a theater in the booth area....They just went ALL digital, so cleaning up the icky around the new machines....hell it beats working around the "platters", the big disks that hold the film....


What ya think, $1200 for 7 hrs of fairly easy work, sound good???

now i have about 2 or 3 more days working on the "levels" each projector is on its on little level, that we strip, break down machines, go up ramps (4 or 5 stairs) and repeat....a total of 3 of these :x :x :x

Then a butt load of stairs, and a bigger area that has 3 projectors....

ok i am tired and rambling...going to bed now

That's wonderful. I'm amazed that a theater would actually clean ( and pay massive money) in a area that the publidc doesn't see.

Around here they barely clean the public areas of carpeting.

Sometimes they are cleaned only once every 2 years.

this manager is great about keeping things clean....

plus the booth area should be kept "hospital" clean.....

Dust ruins the film, and/or with the new machines you never want things to get covered in dust....
