People bought a home had dull ceramic tile with no shine or gloss so they used Dupont High gloss sealer finish, looks like the same stuff you would use on Saltillo.

Now they want it stripped cleaned and resealed!

276 sq ft kitchen looks like a lot of work not sure if intrested.

All day job most likely.

MDF baseboards will get damaged. Mask the walls, bring plenty of black pads and a Malgrit brush for your 175.

$1500 minimum.

That stuff is not like wax - it doesn't emulsify. You are basically breaking it down and "chipping"/scrubbing it off. Yes it is that much of a PITA. Strip it and let them reseal it. It will take most of the day.

If they have lots of money and you have time, let them buy your time, if not just pass.

that stuff isn't that hard to get off with the right stripper. I always inform the customers they will have to repaint the baseboards, or replace if MDF. I hope they like their floor
