I hope Mark Markovic will convince Cliff start selling TekSeal with S-Type colloidal dyes.... colored grout sealer. Easy to apply and maintains the original texture of the grout.

I used their RPM when I started cleaning carpet 8 years ago. It worked ok. Smelled good. I helped a porty guy a couple of weeks ago and he was using it. I recognized that smell right away. He needed some more kick on the job he was on so I gave him some flex.

Basically that is what I am using today. Just branded as the manufacturers product rather than Rotovac's.
