I've been wanting one for a while. I don't know if that is a lot of hours or not. He says it's in good condition. Wants 650 for it, but is willing to deal. What do you think? What should I offer him? Anything I should be looking at in particular?

whats a F292??? 1200, 2000. 2400, Evolution?
I sold 2 evolutions with over 5000 hrs for 700 ea a couple of months back.

4000 hrs is less than 175 days running time
