OK can you tell me about it @Mikey P ? I've never head of it but it looked similar. I'd like to replace my AW29 with glide.

Reading between the lines. You don't like it. Looks light weight, laminar flow; what's the problem with it?

You own one @hogjowl ?

Speak up.... what's wrong with it? I need tools; I need answers. :yoda:

These men are brilliant. They have forgotten more than I shall ever know about this business. If only they would share their wisdom here...

Is it a good portable wand?

I've only seen it.

I never used it

The jets look to be to far from the carpet

The 370 has a 46

Marty is the nicest guy you'd ever want to meet

If your portable can handle 4 flow, the Mach12 is your best choice in an ultralight weight high performance wand.

I would not put too much stock in that. When I read my local paper online there is click bait ads everywhere for products or other crap.

Now if there is a MB auction and the distinguished gentleman here are bidding over one another that is a different story... (I think)

Don't sponsors pay for ads? Aren't they supporters?

Obviously with the porty limitations I tend to go hunting for stuff that fits "me" well. That banner ad got my attention. Thats rare now I've been looking at lots of things. The head design I am convinced is an Evo. That laminar flow head is unmistakable. Been looking at more images of both tools pretty closely and its for sure that head. The tube, glide and jets are unique. Innovative idea. As @Mikey P says they may be a bit far away from the carpet. I am just trying to gage if it will be what I think it will be.

A member here has one and they don't seem to have use of it. If I can be confident in what my spider senses say I'm pretty keen to take them up on their offer to sell.

Sometimes I do these town houses. They are clean upstairs and to just have a light, fast tool with laminar flow I think would be ace. A quick decent and relatively dry service.

I also like the curve of the top of the tube.

Mikey did a comparison video recently and the evolution was one in the group. Second worst design in the comparison. Was difficult to push...possibly from head flexing...no S bend or angle? Described as awkward to use. The review is of the large one I believe. Here is part 1 video...skip to 2:45 in video. There is also a part 2.

Supporters with an agenda...I'm going to tread carefully here when talking about other peoples products. I guess the argument can be made that we all need to earn a living. But just because a company places an advertisement does not mean they have the BEST product for us.

I hear you thats wisdom. I was looking at it the other way.

1. I trust Mikey's Board

2. Mkey's Board doesn't seem to ever align itself with shit.

3. EDIC has made some great extractors and Mikey has himself been pretty up beat about those.

4. I need uniquely portable tools

5. EDIC are a portables company

6. I saw it here first on Mikey's Boards.

Totally agree 100%. I recently bought equipment from vendors here on Mikey's recommendation. One of the reasons I left the other board was because of the wholesale prostitution by the board and its some of its members. Almost got sucked into buying the wrong TM for my first TM. I would not have been able to survive if I made that mistake early on. Unlike this board, I was not able to trust the intentions of those giving "advice." I'm sure I will think of something else in 2 minutes...stay tuned LOL

It works with 7 but fewer jets is better on porties I think. Just looks like a good fit. I was looking for a replacement for the AW29 it came with. Thats also just a 2 jet. 2 flow.

The thing is its nice to have a wand that doesn't just make you needlessly fetch more water.
