Don't over complicate this. We don't need this parasitic org. Simply ignore them. Why is it that carpet cleaners seem to need to form a group with leaders? Strange just like "Bikers" who love to say how independent they are and rebels.............but they need to belong to bikers groups.

Some of the water damage work that I do requires certification unfortunately. Too bad I can't call them or get an email returned so I can upgrade to certifying to a firm.

Yeah, I'm pretty annoyed. I've called them MANY times and emailed them MANY times. No answer. No returned call. Is there some sort of trick or password to get them to reply?
