I cleaned this the other day 6+ million and around the corner from this is a bldg with condos in it that are going for 2+ million. I clean some in there and the view is ok but if I where to blow 2 million it would not be there.

One thing to remember that goes with and help drives the price up on these condos like that are the concierge services.

Sure seemed like it... Not that much carpeting really mostly hard wood and tile.

Off to EACH side is a 3 car garage and separate 2 Bed studios.

I was expecting a butler like Jeeves to answer but the owner answered.
