Since you listed this in the Hard Surface room, I'll sort of assume you want a unit that can hold 200 at 1000 psi, correct?

can I ask who will be your Mini Joe?

If money isn't an issue, these days it's like being in a candy store. There are so many well designed units out there these days, you really have to know why you want a certain unit. Personally, I would lean to a Butler High heat/high performance unit. It has the temp and the cfm. (maybe not for dual wanding) It is quiet for those night time jobs. Easy to use and those high capacity solution and waste tanks let you bring all the water you need to most jobs.

Those are my thoughts as well, well worth the drive. I probably should keep a matched up set of suck mops.
