What led you to get into this business?

A friend of a friend was bragging about how much money he was making scrubbing toilets and I figured I was twice as smart and half as ugly so I could make 10 times as much

-Describe your best cheerleader and what it took to make him or her so.

2 local retailers are my #1 referral sources, both I've had for over 10 years and send at least 6-10 jobs a month my way. I got one through the mills and the other I met through a local gym

-Where was your business five years ago and where will it be five years from now?

Biggest transition was bringing the business back home when my mom passed away 4 years ago and hiring my wife full time to run the office.

I am looking to continue my sales volume at this consistent level for the foreseeable future. I am in survival mode.

-Who do you emulate in this industry and why?

any honest hardworking small business owner

do better quality work, wear sweat pants and purchase a STOP franchise

i'll have to say Freddie is the genuine artical. he's as Bostonian in person as he is on here. i enjoy our short phone calls and would love to hang with him for a weekend just making fun of the loozers on the BBS's!!!
