What an awesome guy. Knowlegdable, helpful, professional, returns phone calls & he even makes julian fries! He's one of the people that makes Pembertons great to deal with. We should all be looking for staff as competent & customer service oriented as Jim Bane.

You have him confused with Dave Kelly, Terje.
Jim Bane has been with us for 31 years, as a part of our cleaning company, service tech, service manager, and now our equipment salesman and all around customer service guy.
Having someone like him allows me to travel, teach classes, manage the business side of things, and hang out here and not be tied to the telephone. I'm home with my sick daughter right now and he's keeping everything running smooth for me.
We lost count of the truck mounts he's installed somewhere between 575 and 600. Too many years and he and I have gotten to be too old.
