Even with new 100 mesh filters in line one of my teams is struggling with jets clogging too often. Where is this crud coming from? They use a 2010 Butler always with clear water rinse. #3 jets in PMF 802's. Help!

If you are just using clean water with no chemical rinse, check that no one has removed the filter on your incoming water supply. You would be surprised at the amount of fibre in clean water.

First job of the day ALWAYS open flo line and flush anything from sitting in the lines. Will show how clean or not lines are and water supply run the water until it feels warm then it should be clear.Be sure to connect all the line that you will use for that job. If you add hose flush it out. jz

Also make sure when cleaning the jets, you actually remove them from the wand. Use a t-jet cleaner gently and flush under a tap. Blow it out with an air compressor and hold it up to the light to make sure there is nothing else lodged in there. Flush the wand open flow before reinstalling. Be careful with Teflon tape. I have seen a lot of clogged jets with tiny pieces of Teflon tape in them. I have an 802 and am considering purchasing a glide for it. Do you use glides on yours?
