I emailed Joe and asked about using 1.5" cool cuffs on an injectidry and said I wanted a set to try it out. In his easy going friendly way he said "Al I sent you a set before and never heard back, You will have to pay for the next ones." He just can't help himself from being confrontational. But he did send me 2 sets. They fit great and I am ordering 15 sets for our injectidry's. No more calls from a WDR customer "Hey, your hoses came apart, can you come by and fix it?" Just gotta love his products. I am going to be a distributor so if you need anything he sells let me know. We answer our phones live 9 to 3 Monday through Friday.

Ps These are the latch type with a ratchet connection. The best yet I think.

Al, you gotta admit it DID get you fired up when I told you that you'd have to pay retail for both of them for not getting back to me on whether it solved the problem.
That first free one was in 2006 btw.
Al said, '...no problem, send me the bill for both of them.'

My last distribution didn't sell but a few hundred of these parts over several years.
I bet Al sells more than that in his first few months...cuz he actually cares about fixing this problem.
