I heard some one got an updated plate in the mail.. Ho do I get one? hmm...........

I got mine last week. Looks like they just shaved down the plate some so it looks to seal better on the floor possibly haven't used it yet with the upgrade.

I received mine last week as well. Haven't had time to replace it yet. Hoping for a better seal. Actually one side of my handle / plastic has craced so I will probably be asking for a replacement.
