Dont know much about the others, but I do use Quat A Lot often (most of my custys are pet owners)
Below is from thier site:
QUAT A LOT

An Advanced Blend Of 4 Types of Quaternary Ammonia Chloride.

QUAT A LOT is offered at a Pure 25% concentration.

This is unheard of in the industry. Most other products are made up of 4%

to 10% and only 1 to 2 types of Quat.

QUAT A LOT is ideal for water damage and urine odor control.

QUAT A LOT Advantages:

4 types of Quat compared to only 1 or 2

Using our advanced blend decreases dwell time.

For bad pet odors: Mix 1 oz to1 gallon of water. Soak area heavy, inject into carpet backing with a needle. Wait 15 minutes before extraction.

I called and made a chem order a while back and got my numbers mixed up, I orderd 4 gallons of Quat A Lot, Joyce asked me if I needed 4, I said "Oh ya I need 4", sence then I have been blessed with a multitude of pet problems and my custy's say that nobody else gets the stink out as well as I do!
