That's a hell of a set up, Toolwise it just needs the orbital stepson for stairs and upholstery agitation also a good Hydri upholstery tool for borders/edges of rugs and reaching under and behind furniture.

Sounds like the PEX needs at least 1-20 amp circuit to power the pump and vac motors and a 15 amp to power the heater. I would rather have larger vac motors than the heater. The heater is great for upholstery but I haven't found one yet that keeps up with the flow you need for carpet cleaning.
