Bought 5 1200 dehu's from a buddy all of which where having error codes for the pump out. Paid 200 for all 5 dehu's and 140 bucks per pump out which means not counting my labor fixing them I paid 200 bucks a piece for some working dehu's. they all read about 3500-5500 hours. I only do about one flood every 6-8 weeks so being able to get these fixed and save my money has really helped a lot. Once I do a couple of nice jobs I want to get a couple 2400's

Dang. I thought you were talking about Pro1200s. That would have been a good deal. LOL.

Flip them now, like Richard said $600 a piece on eBay or Craigslist, someone will buy with the same thought you're thinking "not doing many flood jobs per year".

IMO you should really focus on carrying "only" LGR's...no 1200's, doesn't matter if you do 1 job per year or 1 per month. Many people have already mentioned this, but it seems you keep justifying it that is all you need. Sell them and buy a LGR 2000 (not the bulky 2400 that no one wants) for $200-$300 a piece (if you sell your 1200's @ $600). That's what I would do.
