just How good is the Brush Pro?

One of my Chimps cleaned a large wool/silk rug on location. He used his wand in a manner that made the fibers lay flat instead of Up.. I'm sure this was because when the fibers laid down in this manner the rug looked the brightest and cleanest. We then had a "Training Opportunity" discussion..
Will the Brush Pro work at combing the fibers back up or will the fibers have to be reset with steam cleaning again. Custy claims vacuummig hasn't worked to restore the Nap. Not sure what vac they used?

I think you'll need to re-wet and groom groom groom as it dries. If the client will allow you I'd bring it back to your place to correct it. Nothing is worse than having someone looking over your shoulder. Plus you can make multiple attempts if necessary.

The rug is like 20x30! And she didn't pay for in plant type cleaning-- just cheaper in home "lite surface cleaning". To be fair to all my customers I couldn't justify giving her the premium service for free.
I told her if we had to invest more time into her rugs we could never offer her the cheaper version in the future. I'm only redoing the rug to teach my chimp a lessen.

I understand...just so long as she does. I am occassionally in awe of how a even tempered client can turn into Linda Blair when things don't go as anticipated.
