Strong peroxide is not pet safe IMO when you consider what it does when it contacts skin. It could get on their paws and ingested.

We all know that hydrogen peroxide kills germs when applied to cuts, but why does it produce that white foam?
if your H2O2 is contaminated with bacteria it will do what it is supposed to do which is kill the bacteria and in the process become water and oxygen........so if it is contaminated you now have a weaker solution
but it does seem a weird thing to list
