Well I am ready to officially to snap. sick of the filth, scams, and the extreme seasonal aspect of carpet cleaning.

for the past three years I debated opening HVAC biz. Last week I posted a CL ad and surprisingly actually got alot of good high paying work. mostly just plugged orifice tubes. nothing major. But hey $350 to walk up and out the door in an hour.? watching a vac pump run.
I have hvac background so its nothing new.
My main points are this. I have basically everything. excluding the fittings and tubing.and need to be recertified with EPA
The Income is alot higher nearly triple.
the equipment is fairly cheaper than buying a complete porty operation
EVERYONE NEEDS to be warm and toasty, or cool and chillaxed.
but who gives a crap about the carpets being clean anymore? they dont around here for the most part due to massive job losses

The HVAC business has the exact same ups and downs. I still have my certifications and take on HVAC jobs once in a while when I need a break from rug sucking.

I think the best thing about that is Mrs. homeowner won't pretend to know as much about it and not give such a hard time when it's not warranted.

I refer HVAC work out and sometimes see a referral fee depending on how much money they make.

If you can't do it, refer it out.
