We had a gentleman show up at the office that wanted and estimate on finishing up his loss. Competitor had screwed the pooch and just left this guy with a grocery list of problems and didn't want to take care of them. He was so irate he was getting loud here. Anyway he had just come from his attorney's office and was wanting the estimate for court.

After he left we thought how funny it was and how dumb they were to mess up so badly.

Wasn't an hour later we get a call about base boards we scratched, then a call about how some traffic lanes didn't look so good, then a lamp we knocked over that the shade doesn't sit right. I was ready to turn the phones off.

Karma? Man, I'm sorry for laughing about my competitors plight......well now I am.
