How are the new healthcare laws going to affect the way YOU provide health insurance to your employees? With CEOs of large corporations threatening layoffs what is your perspective from the top of the small hill?

Those two are in another league, we are just over grown mom & pop shop. We are closer to you than we to them.

I don't see it changing that much, if they stay on our program or if we pay them what what they would receive with us but they choose to jump to the open market exchange.

That's just off the cuff, it's its evolving at such a rapid pace and I don't know what will be offered in October.
