If you're in a gym and see the KettltBells, here is a youtube video on how to use them. I can see this strengthening your arms for wanding.8]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=obI7LrKojVM8]

Nah it's the other way around Art. Wanding strengthens your arms for kettlebelling. At the gym my upper body strength is right there with the younger guys. It's the abs that need work.... for starters.

Lee your upper body strenght comes from swinging all those women around jiggerbugging. Lay off the beer for the belly

I regularly work out with kbs. It's a great overall body work out. If you are doing it right you're using your arms legs hips and back. It can be very demanding at higher weights. A 2 pood (72lbs) kettlebell will kick your butt no matter how strong you think you are.

If I tried that I would probably wack the crap out of my shin and then start hopping around like a faggot on fire.

It just doesn't look good at the gym when that happens.

Too hard on the joints, Especially if you getting up there in age. Don’t risk it. Regular weight training is better, more controlled movement too much swinging and jerking with those things
