I just left this job site after doing a place and about a half hour later I got this in an email.

Can you please come some time this week to redo a carpet that was cleaned by Stanley Steemer? Just the living room/hallway traffic area – just did not clean up well! I can’t MAKE people use your services, but believe me if I could, I would!
