Yesterday I posted in another thread that I had a problem with KleenRite and was waiting on a response from them regarding my issue. I am happy to report that one of their top distributors and my longtime friend Jim Pemberton interceded on our behalf and the situation is now resolved.
This helps reaffirm for me the value of distributors in our industry in their role not only to show us wares, but to work through issues that can come up and that manufacturers may not be as equipped to deal with at the end user level.
My hat is off to Jim and all distributors who take the time to help. I wish you nothing but the prosperity and good will you deserve for these types of take charge efforts.
